PINES is specilized in building disassembly type Cutter Suction Dredger (CSD), covering 10 inch to 26 inch, with output capacity of 800m3/h ~ 6000m3/h, suitable for dredging operation of soil type II~IV, including fine sand, clay, silt, coarse sand, etc., in inland water and coastal area.  

Our service covers the whole process of the CSD building project, include the design, manufacturing, engineering, transportation, assembly, launching, commissioning, crew training and parts supply.

Cutter Head and Tooth System

PINES' casting factory has more than 15 years OEM experiences of dredging teeth manufacturing for world first-class brands; We have developed series of material for different purpose, such as cutter head, standard condition tooth and hard condition tooth, and the mechanical properties covering HBW 266~540 and -40℃ charpy V min 15~25J. Our in-house material lab provides support to ensure that the products meet the European, U.S. or other standards;

Design, Engineering and Consultation

PINES provides Design, Engineering and Consultant services for the dredging system and dredger building projects. 

We have our in-house design and engineering team specialized in dredging system and equipment; moreover, we have estalished long-term partnership with the first-class ship design company so that we can provide complete design and consultant services for the dredger building project.
